BGSC Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Managers and other Volunteers;
Burnaby Girls Soccer Club values the safety of its players and volunteers. To that end, we have adopted the Criminal Record Check (CRC) as part of our Risk Management protocol. Please note that this new protocol replaces the former RMF’s (risk management forms).
Please follow the instructions in document 1 exactly as noted.Take completed documents 2 & 3 along with document 4 to the RCMP office.The process of submitting a CRC will only cost you a few moments of your time.
Please note that all information from the CRC’s is treated confidentially.
We thank you for not only respecting the CRC process, but also for being an invaluable volunteer for BGSC. Without you, we could not provide this opportunity for our children to experience the beautiful game.
